Wi-Fi Mode

1. Make sure both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network

If your Mac and iPhone are on different networks, audio may lag or disconnect.

2. For best performance, use 5GHz Wi-Fi

A faster Wi-Fi connection reduces latency and improves stability.

USB Mode

1. Confirm the USB cable is properly connected

Make sure your iPhone is connected using a working USB cable. Try unplugging and reconnecting it.

2. Try a different USB port or adapter

Some USB-C hubs or adapters may cause audio instability.

3. Streaming depends on your Mac’s CPU performance

4. If your computer is running heavy apps, audio may stutter slightly

Try

1. Close unnecessary programs

2. Restart your Mac to stabilize performance

Restarting can help reset audio routing and improve streaming smoothness.

Wi-Fi Mode

1. Both devices must be on the same Wi-Fi network

Your Mac and iPhone must be connected to the same internet network.

2. Increase the volume on your iPhone

Wallas Audio has a fixed system level, but iPhone volume is adjustable.

3. Confirm your hearing device is properly connected

If your hearing device is disconnected, you may not hear the streamed audio.


USB Mode

1. Confirm the USB cable is properly connected

Make sure your iPhone is connected to your Mac using a working USB cable. Try unplugging and reconnecting it.

2. Try a different USB port or adapter

Some USB-C hubs or adapters may not transfer audio correctly. Test another port if needed.

3. Increase the volume on your iPhone

Wallas Audio has a fixed system level, but iPhone volume is adjustable.

4. Confirm your hearing device is properly connected

If your hearing device is disconnected, you may not hear the streamed audio.

Wallas Audio is the virtual audio driver required for streaming.

Install

1. Install Wallas Audio

2. Open Audio MIDI Setup or your Mac Sound Settings

3. Select Wallas Audio as your output device

⚠️ After your session, don’t forget to switch back to your normal speakers so you can hear your Mac audio again.

To toggle modes

1. Double-press the main circle button inside the app

Meeting Mode helps prevent the stream from disconnecting during quiet moments. When enabled (green), audio will automatically pause when silence is detected.

Wallas’ Stream supports shared listening in Wi-Fi mode.

To connect others

1. Select Wi-Fi Mode

2. Ensure everyone is on the same 5GHz network

3. Scan the QR code shown on the Mac

4. Connected devices will appear automatically
